The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.
The Site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek a life partner for marriage and is not a casual dating site.
Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi to assist Police / Statutory Investigation Agency
Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi will endeavor to provide all possible assistance to the Police (Cyber Crime Investigation Cell) or any other statutory investigation agency to tackle fraudulent users of Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi, on being specifically instructed by the said authorities to do so. To report fraud or misuse, write to us giving full details of your case.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process.
By using the Service, you consent to submit your personally identifiable information including sensitive personal data such as your financial data if opted for our paid membership, Identity proofs, employment details, if submitted, etc to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service and to contact you by other Members. You also give your consent to check the authenticity of the said details through a third party tool/subcontractor including any previous criminal cases at the discretion of Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi to protect the interest of the other members on the platform.
2. Eligibility.
To register as a Member of Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
3. Term and Termination.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions on the Site. Punjabi Shahi Punjabi Sohni Jodi may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason which shall be effective upon sending notice of termination to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership.
