Punjabi Sohni Jodi aims to provide a premium matchmaking experience. However, please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our paid membership plans.
Important Notice
Membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is made and the premium benefits are activated on your account, Punjabi Sohni Jodi does not offer any refunds, partial or full.
1. Non-Refundable Nature of Services
By making a payment for a Punjabi Sohni Jodi membership, you acknowledge that our services are digital in nature and are activated immediately upon receipt of payment. Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
2. Technical Double Payments
In the event that you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch from our server or payment gateway, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount. You must report such cases to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction along with the transaction IDs.
3. Account Misuse or Termination
If Punjabi Sohni Jodi terminates your membership because you have breached the Terms of Use, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about using our services, if you find a match elsewhere, or if you do not receive the expected number of responses to your profile. Relationship outcomes are dependent on many factors beyond our platform's technical services.
